1. Great Himalayan National Park

The Great Himalayan National Park is spread over a large length and is also counted as one of the most renowned National Parks and wildlife habitat that was built in the year 1984. Along with the spectacular climate and natural sceneries, this place has a large number of species of fauna namely, Musk Deer, Brown Bear, Goral, Thar, Leopard, Snow leopard, Bharal, Serow, Monal, Kalij, Koklas, Cheer, Tragopan, Snow cock etc along with the flora like Deodar and Oak trees.

2. Pin Valley National Park

In Pin Valley National Park, you are allowed to come across a large number of species in both fauna and flora from the endangered snow leopard to  12 big cats and wild animals like Siberian Ibex, Bharal, Weasel, Red Fox, Marten, Woolly Hare, Tibetan Gazzle, Himalayan Marmot, Blue Sheep, Himalayan Brown Bear, Himalayan Black Bear, etc to Juniper & Birch trees, Salix spp. & Myricaria spp., Myricaria Shrubs, Bhojpatra (Betula Utilis), Bhutal (Juniperus mecropoda), Populus Spp, and others in flora along with numerous bird species namely, Himalayan Snow Cock, Chukor, Golden Eagle, Griffon, Cough, Raven, Blue Rock Pigeon, Snow Pigeon, and many others to add. 

3. Renuka Wildlife Sanctuary Nahan

This sanctuary is another big one with its area spread over 4.028 sq km where you can come across a lot of species namely, Lucinea, Anogeissus, Khair, Terminalia, Carrie, Shisham, Cordia along with the fauna species of amber, Leopard, Spotted Deer, Hare, Barking deer, Jackal, Plam Civet, Jungle cat, Blue jay, Porcupine, Black Partridge, Hill Crow, Drongos, Bulbul, Scarlet Minivet, Green Pigeons, Common Coots. 

The most favorable time to visit any of the top wildlife sanctuary or national park is during any month from April to November when you will be discovering most of the endangered, to migratory species as well, pertaining to both flora and fauna.
