Day 01

Arrival in Guwahati

On your arrival at the Guwahati railway station or airport, the representative of Swan Tours will receive you and further drop you at the hotel where you check-in and relax for some time. Later, have lunch and go out on a sightseeing visit to some of the major tourist attractions like, Basistha Ashram, Balaji Temple/River Cruise at Brahmaputra River, Sankardev Kalakshetra and shopping at Fancy Bazaar for souvenirs. After the day comes to an end, stay overnight after having dinner!

Day 02

Local sightseeing in Kaziranga

Wake up to the early morning breakfast and start with the guided transfer to the very next destination on the charts, which is Kaziranga National Park which is famous for the housing of one-horned rhino. On reaching, you will proceed to the local tea estate, cover the rubber garden, orchid park and so on to have a wonderful experience of the day. Stay overnight after having dinner at the hotel you check-in.

Day 03

Kaziranga to Shillong

After enjoying the morning breakfast, you will have a transfer to Shillong that is the next location from Kaziranga. Before that, you will experience the jeep safari to the Central range of the National park followed by the jeep safari to the Western Range to count on vivid species like Hog Deers, Sambhars, and Rhinos. Proceed to Shillong after check-out from the hotel in Kaziranga. On reaching, check-in the resort and stay overnight in one of the seven sisters of Northeast.

Day 04

Local sightseeing in Shillong

Wake up to the morning breakfast and start with the sightseeing ventures in Shillong that include many places like, Shillong Peak, Elephant fall, Don Bosco Museum, Lady Hydari Park, Wards Lake, and many other major attractions. Also, carry out some shopping for souvenirs in the evening followed by an overnight stay in the hotel!

Day 05

Shillong to Cherrapunji

Wake up to the morning breakfast and start with the guided transfer to Cherrapunji which is also known to be the wettest place. On reaching Cherrapunji, you will come across beautiful limestone caves, waterfalls, and also pay a visit to the Nohkalikai Falls, the world’s largest waterfall. After lunch, go out on a visit to the Mawsmai falls, Eco Park, Thangkharang Park, kynrem falls, seven sisters fall and a few caves including Arwah, Mawmluh, Mawsmai cave. Post this you will wind up the day with a visit to the Shillong Peak, Elephanta falls, Mawkdok valley, and spread-eagle falls. Stay overnight post having dinner!

Day 06

Mawlynnong and drive to Dawki

After having the morning breakfast, start with your journey towards Mawlynnong that is the cleanest village in Asia. Pay a visit to the living bridge and also the mighty Umngot river followed by the local sightseeing at Dawki. After the wonderful day spent out, return to the hotel in Shillong and stay overnight after having dinner!

Day 07

Departure from Shillong

After you have breakfast, you will pack your bags and check-out from the hotel in Shillong for departure. You will be transferred to the airport or railway station in Guwahati, post which you will conclude the excellent Jaipur to North East Tour Package.
