Confirming a Reservation
An e-mail should be sent giving exact number of rooms required, with check in-check out dates, the destination and the hotel required, along with number of adults & children traveling.
How much Advance do I pay and when?
After sending you a confirmation email, we would need a 100% advance. This is to facilitate the advance payment we have to send to the hotels to hold room in your name, a receipt along with the invoice & hotel voucher would be sent to you.
What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?
Once the room is confirmed and advance is received. We will send you by email /courier, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation & price conditions. This should be presented to the hotel at the time of check in.
How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?
The hotel confirmation voucher sent by us would have confirmation number / name of person who confirmed reservation along with the hotel phone number / contact details. You are welcome to check the status of your reservation from the hotel directly.
Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly?
No, the hotel confirmation voucher sent by us is all you need.
How long does it take to get a confirmation?
24 to 48 hours.

Changing/Canceling a reservation

What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
If you cancel the reservation, we would charge a service charge of 10% of the hotel reservation amount, along with the cancellation charged by the hotel, the cancellation policies of the hotels in India are not uniform and may vary from a hotel to a hotel.
